Warranty & Repair
OPI warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a five-year period from the date of original purchase. If a defect is discovered while the product is still under warranty, OPI will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the unit on a pro-rated basis. Notification of any defects can be written or oral and directed to customer service. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, altercation or neglect of any items. Repair charge after warranty is $50.00+ parts.

Returns
Standard, unused items may be returned to OPI within 15 working days of receipt. A restocking fee may be applied if the return is due to customer error. The restocking fee will be 10% for items that are still packaged and 15% for items that have been unpackaged. Any returns that are due to error by OPI will not be charged a restocking fee. Note: Special order items are not returnable.
